• Payment card details (processed and stored by Square — we never see your full card number)

Change of mind

If you change your mind after placing an order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. We may be able to cancel or modify the order before it ships. Once shipped, change-of-mind returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unopened and in original condition. Return shipping is at your expense.

Damaged or faulty

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us at info@wisebytefoods.com within 7 days with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping where applicable.

Refunds

Refunds are processed through Square back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item or confirm the issue. You'll receive a confirmation email from Square once the refund is issued.

Square transactions

All payments are processed via Square. Refunds follow Square's standard processing timeline. We do not store your payment information — Square handles all transaction data securely.

• All prices are in USD and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation via Square.
• Shipping is available within Australia. International shipping may be available — contact us for details.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if fraud is suspected.
• Product images are for illustration. Actual product may vary slightly.
• Allergen information is listed on the packaging. Consume at your own discretion if you have allergies.

We currently ship within Australia. Orders are dispatched from our distribution partner within 1–3 business days after payment clears.

• Standard shipping: 3–7 business days (Australia-wide)
• Express shipping: 1–3 business days (available at checkout)
• Tracking is provided via email once your order ships.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs (for international orders).
